Bought a new Kubota tractor two years ago and since I live an hour away I was worried about service when I needed it and parts. Not a worry. Whether it is snow blower problems like drive chains,shear pins or o rings or maitenance on the Tractor they are always there to assist in a timely professional manner. Whether it is Richard; Sandy;Craig or Brian they are unfailingly professional and nice guys to deal with on every instance.

Purchased two pieces of equipment from Ron, great person to deal with. Also can't say enough good things about Sandy in the service department. Anytime there is a warrenty related repair he is top notch to deal with.

I bought a Kubota zero turn that arrived last year. (During covid, I had to wait, which Keith explained, and I was fine with). I got the mower last summer and have been thrilled with it ever since.I had one small warranty issue this year, and the picked up my mower, fixed it, and returned it to me no questions asked just a few days later, in time to more for the weekend. Best service I have ever seen in this industry. I will be a customer for life.
